Placement Instructions
Before placing a Tag A Vet package on a vehicle, please use care and common sense to avoid causing damage to another person's property.
Participants may choose either of the following methods:
Option 1 – Assemble and Display the Dog Tags
Assemble the dog tags using the supplied chains and silencers. Once assembled, the dog tags may be gently placed over a vehicle's side-view mirror. Always ensure the tags are secure and positioned in a manner that will not scratch, dent, chip, or otherwise damage the vehicle.
Option 2 – Leave the Dog Tags in the Protective Bag
Leave the dog tag set inside its individual protective bag, attach the commemorative card to the outside of the bag, and carefully place the package on the vehicle. Popular placement locations include the windshield, door handle, or driver's side window area. Ensure the package is positioned so that it will not damage the vehicle or create a hazard.

Participants are solely responsible for how and where they place dog tags and accompanying cards. By purchasing or distributing Tag A Vet products, participants agree to exercise reasonable care and assume full responsibility for any placement of the items on another person's vehicle or property.
Tag A Vet does not assume responsibility for damage resulting from the placement, handling, installation, or distribution of dog tags, cards, packaging, or related materials. If you are uncertain whether a placement method could cause damage, do not place the item on the vehicle.

Every Tag A Vet order includes your selected quantity of personalized memorial dog tags and matching mission cards. Each mission card explains the purpose of the movement and encourages recipients to learn more about the hero being honored.
Yes. Every order is personalized with the information you provide for a fallen American service member, including their name, branch of service, dates, and a short tribute.
Absolutely. Many customers choose to honor a relative, friend, fellow service member, or local hero. We simply ask that all submitted information is accurate and shared respectfully.
Each order is custom manufactured specifically for you. To meet production requirements, personalized tags are currently available in packs of 25 or 50.

Shipping is a flat $10 per order anywhere within the United States. Orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking.
